When our provers are not in the field, Intricate is committed to working various checklists. These checklists are in addition to daily checklists
- – A full inspection of all our hoses and fitttings
- – Complete a flush and clean out of all the hoses and prover
- – Hydro test the hoses and equipment
- – Replace any hoses or fittings that fail inspection or testing
- – Water draw our master meters
- – Calibrate the pressure, temperature and gas detection transmitters
- – Complete a thorough inspection of the truck and trailer and complete any required repairs – clean and restock.
Teams are working with high pressure and sour process daily (up to 1400 PSI and 20% H2S) Taking chances on the integrity of our equipment is not an option.
